WHY do you want to make a million dollars, what will you do with the money, how would it improve your lifestyle. Keep asking yourself why until you get to the core of why you want to do what you're doing. Keep this point in mind for the next point because they're deeply connected.

I know my ideal customer

Knowing your customer is essential to being able to provide the best services possible and market your products to them. Understanding who they are, why you want to work with them and what they're looking for will help direct your decisions as a business. Narrowing down your customer base will help fine tune your messaging as well as what you can offer in your services.

I have a consistent colour palette

Colour is one of the most important parts of your brand, there's so many subconscious meanings and feelings that we get from it. As well as giving off the right vibes, choosing colours makes it easy to keep things consistent and cohesive because you won't have to choose new ones every time.

I have a consistent font system

Just like knowing your colours, knowing your fonts will keep things consistent and simple. Keep everything matching and save time by having set rules for which fonts you will use where!

The icing on the cake is when all these things come together to create your brand materials (things like social media posts, business cards, booklets, website etc.).
